Join G. Wayne Miller, author of the new biography An Uncommon Man: The Life and Times of Senator Claiborne Pell, for a behind-the-scenes look at Rhode Island personalities and institutions.
Miller has written about many noteworthy residents of the Ocean State. Hear remarkable and surprising inside stories about Senator Pell, Bishop Thomas J. Tobin, the family behind Hasbro, returning Afghanistan and Iraq war veterans, and members of Newport’s old money.
Copies of An Uncommon Man will be available for sale. Plus, bring along your other G. Wayne Miller books to have them signed.
