Request a Meeting Room

Before reserving a meeting room for the first time, please read the Meeting Room Policy and Facts.

Allow at least 30 minutes between meetings. You may have up to two meetings scheduled at any one time. We do not book rooms on Sundays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your room request has been accepted. If you need help completing the application or room request, call Patti Cahir at 739-5440 x7 Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

If you need to cancel your room reservation, please email Patti or call 739-5440 x7 as soon as possible in order to make the room available to other groups.
