Join Certified Family Life Coach Heather Paris to learn how to strengthen and enrich your relationships with friends, family, and partners on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Come alone or come with the people you want to be closer to.


On February 21, release the anxiety and stress you feel in your relationships with a renewing gong bath. Let the sound wash over you and create feelings of serenity and calm. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow, and water.


On February 28, discover how to ruin any relationship—because, when you know how to wreck a relationship, you’ll know what not to do. Plus, find out how to become a mind-reader and understand your partner better.


On March 6, explore the role you play in your relationship. Everyone plays a role, and you may be surprised to find out what your part is. Then, if you don’t like your role, learn how to change it.
