Although it may not seem like it in our cozy Ocean State, the USA is an immense place with all kinds of people doing all sorts of crazy things. Come travel the country and see tales that are real and stories that could be true at a yearlong film series on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.

 

On June 10, see Chinatown (1974), starring Jack Nicholson and Faye Dunaway. Private investigator Jake “J.J.” Gittes is pulled into a dark mystery when he’s hired to investigate Hollis Mulwray, chief engineer for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
